STAYD.online was born from a brutal truth: 2,529 males died by suicide in 2024 in Australia. That’s not just a statistic; it's a national crisis.
For too long, men have been told to tough it out. Society has socialised males as protectors and providers, while quietly demanding they suppress everything they feel. Vulnerability is branded as weakness. Emotion is buried. And buried pain doesn’t disappear – it intensifies.
These ideals aren’t just outdated. They’re killing people.
Saying, “I’m not okay," is strong. There’s no shame in speaking up. Talking about your feelings isn’t a flaw – it's a fight. Because real strength isn’t silence. It’s honesty. It’s staying through the pain, the doubt, and the darkness – and knowing you don't have to do it alone.
